Sometimes the basics aren’t all that basic. That’s often the feeling with project management. In this fast-paced one-day excursion through basic project management practice, team members get a chance to explore the core elements of project management practice, including objective development, work breakdown structure construction, schedule evaluation and basics of budgeting. Through a series of fun and practical exercises, participants build the basic components of a project and learn some of the challenges typical to the project environment (and how to overcome them)!
