Deployment and Planning Services
H2PC is certified by Microsoft as a SharePoint Deployment and Planning Services (SDPS) vendor. We help organizations plan effective SharePoint deployments that optimize the core capabilities of SharePoint and align and integrate them with core business processes. H2PC provides the training, tools, and support to help its customers achieve successful deployments meeting organization goals and budget.
Deployment Support
For clients that prefer not executing the SDPS plan themselves, H2PC will deploy the required SharePoint system, perform a system operational test and evaluation, and provide training as needed.
Post Installation Support
Many of our clients prefer a phased approach to SharePoint deployment and development. In these cases we provide ongoing consultancy and development support to continue growing system capability and performance.
User Support
In some cases, Power Users are needed to perform certain SharePoint roles such as Portal or Site Administrators, or more specific core capabilities such as Business Intelligence. For these specialized needs, H2PC will customize a one-on-one program for on-the-job training in these areas to ramp up expertise quickly.
End User Training
H2PC training is designed to provide a broad overview of functionality across different user experiences. The SharePoint Core training has been designed specifically to focus on the most useful and most often employed features to allow users to become proficient quickly. Other offerings such as the Super-User, the Site Owner, and the Site Administrator, will provide users the full view needed to leverage the application and maximize operational productivity gains. While our training is typically offered at a Training Center, we also offer training on-site, by group or individual, and can provide custom training solutions as needed.

H2PC is also a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist with the Microsoft connections to help small businesses take advantage of news, content, and exclusive tools and resources to help tailor Microsoft technologies for small-business needs and solutions.
