Acquisition Lifecycle Planning

H2PC professionals are trained to orchestrate planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling of IT and services acquisitions, from strategy to award. This process starts with a MS Project schedule and a warehouse of organizational specific templates. These are customized to each acquisition through a process of assessments. To support this activity, H2PC leverages acquisition experts with decades of experience; portfolio managers with industry certifications from PMI, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and CMMI, as well as DAWIA Executive Level III former DOD Contracting Officers.
