Department of Defense Welcomes H2 Performance Consulting
May 2, 2012
Pensacola’s First Military Spouse Employment Partnership
On May 17, 2012, H2 Performance Consulting will join forces with the Department of Defense and the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP). This partnership will allow H2 Performance Consulting to become an integral part of a growing program designed to increase the career opportunities for military spouses by offering vast career options, portability assurance, and salaries equivalent to their civilian counterpart. Through the MSEP, America’s Fortune 500 Plus employers can gain direct access to military spouses seeking career opportunities and military spouses can become competitive, “job ready” applicants by accessing 24/7 personal assistance through MilitaryOneSource, both online and via phone counselors to include career counseling, education counseling, license/credential information, coaching and advise, job application assistance, resume assistance, interview preparation, child care referrals and transportation options.
From the first days of operation, H2 Performance Consulting understood the value of reaching out to veterans of our military service, recognizing the skills, education and experiences our service members contributed to our industry. Holly Smith, President of H2 Performance Consulting and spouse of a retired military member, empathizes with the plight of military spouses as they strive to build their individual careers while supporting the ever changing landscape of military assignments. “It is exciting to now be a part of a program that is striving so diligently to recognize the readily available, diverse and talented pool of candidates found in the military spouse. H2 welcomes the opportunity to provide employment and mentorship opportunities; helping our military spouses to become competitive and job ready?” states the President of H2 Performance Consulting, Holly Smith.
H2PC’s Chief Executive Officer, Hazel Wiggington, will be attending the Induction Ceremony of New Partners on May 17, 2012 at the Pentagon, Washington, DC.
